1) PAYMENT
1.1 Payments are to be made before the 20th of the month following the date of invoice
1.2 Lateness of payment will result in withdrawal of account facility until account is within terms specified in 1.1 above
1.3 Repeated lateness will result in permanent closure of the account
1.4 If the account is not used for a period of 6 months the account will be closed.
2) PARKING
2.1 On all truck parks vehicles are parked at owner’s risk
2.2 The company accepts no responsibility or liability for any theft, loss or damage to any personal property of loose items left within a vehicle whilst it is parked
2.3 The company accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage to the windscreen or any glass in the customers’ vehicle
2.4 The customer shall inspect his vehicle and report any damage to the company prior to departure from the truck park and will agree to sign any relevant incident reports
2.5 The customer will not be allowed to exit the park without a valid parking ticket
2.6 At the request of the customer, the company will undertake a joint visual inspection of the customers’ vehicle and record any damage to the vehicle and/or its trailer. Prior to parking of the customers vehicle
2.7 Any vehicle parked in a position, which in the opinion of the Site Management is inconsiderate to the site or to the other users of the truck park, may immediately be removed
2.8 The company reserves the right for it or its agents or the relevant Police Authority to remove any vehicle to safeguard any person or property, against injury or damage or in the event of an actual or perceived threat to security and to remove vehicles which are or appear to be stolen or abandoned.
2.9 By using the parking facilities you will be deemed to have accepted the companies terms and conditions.
3 MOTELS
3.1 To reserve your room please ring the motel of your choice Rooms may be booked up to one month in advance. All reservations for account customers must be confirmed in writing by the customer
3.2 Your room is reserved up to 18:00 on the day of arrival after which time the room will be deemed available to re-let. If you are planning to arrive after 18:00 please ring your chosen motel to re-arrange your arrival time
3.3Rooms are available from 14:00 on the day you arrive and you are requested to vacate your room by 11:00 on the day of departure.
3.4 Room prices are per night and are inclusive of VAT (at current rate) unless otherwise stipulated
3.5 If you need to cancel or change your reservation please do so by 16:00 on the day of your arrival. Please note cancellation charges may apply. All cancellations should be confirmed in writing.
4 FUEL
All Nightowl sites are equipped with high speed fuel pumps and automated payment terminals. Gas oil and Diesel and Ad Blue are available on all sites
5 OTHER NIGHTOWL SERVICES
RESTAURANTS
All the sites have well set out restaurants producing home cooked meals at competitive prices
BARS
All the sites have licensed bars offering a range if wines, beers lagers and spirits in a relaxed atmosphere
SHOPS
All the sites include well stocked shops with a wide range of truck accessories as well as electrical goods: the shops also offer the usual newspapers, confectionery and tobacco
SHOWERS
Shower facilities are available at all sites and are free to overnight parkers
